My dad was at Complete Care for a few months due to a health condition. I can only say great things about the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure that he was comfortable. I live abroad, which is difficult in times like this; however, every time I called, the staff ensured to give me the information I needed about my dad and was very responsive to my questions and requests. Their passion and attention, not to mention it was all during the pandemic, was greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I find this Care Center to be very caring and personable when it comes to their patients and families. They understand the anguish that families go through when in need of care for a loved one. Every time I visit my brother he is up and dress and socializing with other patients never alone. When bringing him things that he needs, they always take inventory of everything and then go and put it up in his room. When anything happens to my brother such as falling i am notified Immediately. They then follow up to let me know the outcome off all Situations. When you walk in a place and the staff knows who you are and who you’re there to visit without you saying a word that gives me comfort for both my brother and myself. What a relief knowing that he is finally being cared for in the correct manner.
